Signed a memorandum of understanding with business partners

On June 1, 2025, Dimet Paint Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited,

signed a business partnership agreement with Noon Sun Construction Co., Ltd. as an authorized partner for

the products of Dimet Paint Co., Ltd. and Palgra New Material (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the company's manufacturing plant.
